Hello!

I’m Allison, mother to Dylan and Zachariah. I love true crime, reality tv, and exploring. I’ve been an educator, a social worker, and now a FIT4MOM instructor! I joined FIT4MOM when my children were 2.5 years and 7 weeks old. While on maternity leave, I was going stir crazy and my husband suggested I find something to do. I remember hearing about FIT4MOM and decided to try a free class. I’ve been here ever since. I love that I am able to get a workout, socialize with other moms, and my children get to socialize and make friends as well. FIT4MOM is great on so many levels and I’m so grateful to be part of this community.
