Hello, my name is Marissa Powell. I am Mom to Lyla, Cody, Andrew, and Maddi. I joined FIT4MOM in 2018 when Lyla was 3 months old. I immediately loved it; The community and the support that it provided and being able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather while exercising with other moms, and kids in tow. In 2020 I decided to join the team! I wanted to help provide to other moms what I loved so much about FIT4MOM. Helping moms feel welcomed and supported. Providing a workout that is perfect for any stage of motherhood and any ability level. I look forward to meeting you at one of our classes!
